It's a fundamental aspect of building an online business. But strong healthy communities are hard to come by. A community is only as strong as their lowest common denominator. So as you build your online business, you're going to want to determine the best community to associate with. A place where you can nestle in and grow. When looking for such a community, here are a few things to look for: Leadership. Who's the leader? How do they treat and manage people? Experience. A leader with lots of experience under their belt. Not just in business. Not just in coaching. Not just in teaching. But the real down in the earth kind of leadership that comes from working with people on a daily basis. Teamwork. No one leader can successfully raise up leaders from within their community without a solid team; a supporting cast of leaders and/or individuals who help support the community by filling important roles.
