Leadership is Now the Strongest Marketing Strategy‏

The message I've been putting out there is especially useful for the distributors, those that are making an effort to become competent marketers, and who understand that their growing skill set is the number one asset they own. But I haven't addressed the leaders. Today I do. These changes and shifts in our industry affect our leaders the most. We face extraordinary pressures. We have to assist our organizations and teams successfully adapt at a time when the traditional (all too comfortable) models of leadership no longer work. Today I specifically address MLM leaders, MLM corporate owners, affiliate owners - all leaders. And I ask the question, are you a leader who is willing to work with this change, and grow and evolve into a progressive empowering leader? Now is the perfect time to start realizing our obligation to contribute towards adaptive and progressive leadership. No doubt this will stretch some people's mindsets. It's meant to. Please know. If you fail to be a truly empowering leader you can be sure people will wander off to work with those that are. This is the free market at its finest, wouldn't you say?
